  1. Is there a physical storefront or showroom customers can visit?

    Due to the global impact of Covid-19 we have chosen not to establish a physical location at this time for the safety and wellbeing of all parties involved. This decision will be revised in the future as conditions improve.

  2. What products or services do you provide?

    KMK Marketing Limited was crafted based on the widespread need and demand for premium gym equipment and products in Trinidad & Tobago from the most popular brands in the industry such as, but not limited to, Rogue Fitness, Torque Fitness, Concept 2 Inc &  York Barbell. We are continuously expanding our footprint and we have recently announced the initial offerings of gourmet tea line Tea Fortē to our portfolio.

  3. How do I place my order? 

    The checkout process on our website is very similar to any regular online store that you may frequently shop at and has been designed with the client's ease of use and accessibility as the primary focus.

  4. What is the processing time for my order?

    Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

  5. What payment methods do you offer?

    Bank Transfer, Endcash, Cash on Delivery*, Linx, Credit Card (via WiPay link, direct website integration coming Soon)

    * Due to security concerns, the cash on delivery option may be restricted for certain areas & orders of a certain magnitude.

  6. Do you offer delivery?

    Yes we do! We offer direct to home & office delivery via one of our third party couriers as well as our in-house drivers for priority & express orders.

    Courier Deliveries are conducted Monday - Friday 8A.M-5P.M, once the courier option is selected upon checkout you will be contacted directly by one of our valued couriers to arrange delivery.

    Our in-house delivery service operates 7 on the weekend but additional delivery charges may apply, please contact us directly if you require weekend delivery.

  7. Do you offer curb-side pickup?

    Yes we do! Our curb-side pickup option is available 7 days a week by appointment only. This option is strictly contactless and full payment must be made prior to pickup. Kindly select 'Pick up' in the checkout process & contact us to reserve a pickup window.

KMK Marketing Limited reserves the right to refuse service and cancel any order at anytime should we suspect any fraudulent or suspicious activity.
