The Barbell Bomb HD is the newest version of the Barbell Bomb designed for heavier, commercial use. While the OG Barbell Bomb (no longer sold by KMK); is sufficient for most, numerous customers requested a HD version for heavier lifts in heavy-use training environments.
The Barbell Bomb HD can be used to perform heavy landmine rows as well as other dynamic movements. The weight of the Barbell Bomb HD (2.5 lbs.) helps keep the Barbell Bomb in place when in use. The added weight adds more leverage to the non-loaded end making it ideal for heavier lifts.
The grippy rubber exterior helps the Barbell Bomb stay in place when in use. The Barbell Bomb HD is the same size as the Barbell Bomb and just as convenient to use.
Dimensionally the Barbell Bomb is about 7" long and will take up about 5.5" of the barbell sleeve when installed. Additionally, the Barbell Bomb can be used as a handle for the opposite side of the barbell to provide a very comfortable grip for movements such as push presses and goblet squats.
