1. What items are available for preorder?

The ability to preorder certain items in our catalogue is based on item demand and the availably of products is subject to change at any given time.

2. What does a 'preorder' entail?

A preorder entails partial or full payment of a particular item with the purpose of securing that item before has arrived in Trinidad & Tobago. Due to global demand & shipping restrictions many of our products are imported in limited batches and can deplete quickly. The purpose of implementing this preorder system seeks to reduce the extended waiting for certain items from 2-3 months to 1 month.

3. How do I preorder? 

Items that are available for preorder are clearly marked and can be added to your cart and checked out the same as any other product. Each product is clearly marked with the expected 'in-hand' arrival date.

4. Can I cancel my preorder? 

Yes you can!. Preorders require full prepayment via EndCash or Bank Transfer & are fully refundable up until the time the item arrives in Trinidad & Tobago. 

KMK Marketing Limited reserves the right to refuse service and cancel any order at anytime should we suspect any fraudulent or suspicious activity.
