These premium rubber mats are made of vulcanised rubber in sheets measuring 4 feet x 6 feet with 3/4" thickness for maximum durability & density. These mats are laser cut to a precise 3/4" thickness to ensure an even flooring surface. No texture on upside of these mats so they are more comfortable when doing exercises like push ups and sit ups. The underside of the mats vary based on the manufacturer batch but all maintain the same function. Best of all, they are DIY Friendly! - no glue or adhesive required.

4) Created by melting rubber down and bonding it under extreme pressure and heat, which creates a dense mat that will not curl up or change shape under varying temperatures.
NB: Due to the sulphur used in the manufacturing process, there is a low odour that will eventually dissipate especially when exposed to sunlight. These mats have a tolerance of 1/2" on the edges. There may be some very small gaps between some mats, but this doesn't affect the performance of these in a gym environment.
